Origin.
Staleron began as a private document — a running record of sources consulted, habits tested, and observations made by a group of Jakarta-based professionals who found themselves asking the same foundational questions about how to live well across the long span of a working life.
Over time, those notes grew in scope and rigour. The decision to publish them came from a conviction that the questions were universal enough — and the available answers scattered enough — to justify an organised editorial effort.
Jakarta, 2019 — First editorial session. Documentation: revision 01-A.
A compact team with specific focus areas.
Rizal holds a background in nutritional science from the University of Indonesia. His writing concentrates on balanced plate composition, whole-food sourcing, and the practical architecture of eating well within a busy work week.
A certified strength and conditioning specialist, Dimas covers functional fitness, active recovery, endurance work, and the principles of body composition awareness that hold up under the demands of full-time work.
Hendra's writing addresses the less-visible disciplines: sleep quality, stress management, and the relationship between mental clarity and physical practice. He draws on published research in psychophysiology and behavioural science.
Andika writes on the surface disciplines — grooming essentials, personal care routines, seasonal style considerations, and the small everyday decisions that shape how a man presents and maintains himself.

The volume of men's wellness content available online is large. Most of it is optimised for engagement rather than accuracy. The tone is urgent; the claims are not qualified; the sourcing, when present, points back to content produced by the same commercial interests.
Staleron operates from a different premise. The editorial team reads the underlying published research first — journal articles, population studies, longitudinal observations. The content that follows from that reading is more cautious in its claims and more durable in its usefulness.
This approach does not produce content that promises transformation in thirty days. It produces content that holds up on re-reading six months later — which is, the team believes, the more useful standard.
South Jakarta. Quiet. Deliberate.
The editorial office occupies a ground-floor studio on Jl. Dharmawangsa in South Jakarta's Kebayoran Baru neighbourhood. The space is arranged for reading and writing rather than for the kind of studio photography that often accompanies wellness publishing.
Walls carry printed copies of draft articles in various states of annotation. Reference volumes on nutritional science, behavioural research, and exercise physiology share shelf space with Indonesian and international periodicals.
The team works Monday to Friday. Walk-in visits are not available. Correspondence is welcomed by email and the team responds within two working days.
